How to Register AutoAuth Account with Launch X431 Scanner?

Some Launch X431 Scanners support FCA SGW Autoauth function. If you have an FCA account, you can unlock the SGW directly. If not, register an AUTOAUTH account first, and purchase AutoAuth Standard Plus, and pair tool to unlock SGW.

LAUNCH X431 FCA SGW Autoauth Function Applicability:

CRP909E, CRP909X, CRP919E, CRP919X, CRP919E BT, PRO MINI, PROS MINI, X431 V/ V+, PROS, PRO3S+, PRO5, PADIII, PAD V, PAD VII

Menu Function Path:

Local Diagnose>> CHRYSLER>> CHRYSLER/JEEP/DODGE diagnostic software (V33.95 or above version)>> 16 PIN Connector>> Manually Select>> Chrysler

For example: 2022 (VIN 10 th) Pacifica/Voyager

Check if there are any other OBD communication components are installed on the vehicle, remove it if Yes and then perform diagnosis.

Unlock SGW (Security Gateway):

Support European region or North American region (USA & Canada & Mexico)

It depends on the business are of your dealer

Click “Yes”, login with FCA account to unlock the SGW

Select Region, input username and password and click OK to sign in

Unlock SGW successfully

Launch scan tool without AUTOAUTH account, cannot unlock SGW (Security Gateway):

Register AUTOAUTH account by making use of Launch scanners.

Click “New Registration”

Click “Register”

Fill in the personal info (user name+ email+ password) to complete the registration

Recommend to purchase AutoAuth Standard Plus ($200.00/year)

In the Add Tool option, select “Others” as tool model
